Key Responsibilities:
· Source and secure new high-net-worth insurance clients
· Conduct detailed needs analyses to identify gaps in existing cover
· Structure and present tailored insurance solutions aligned to client needs
· Manage the full policy lifecycle including onboarding, servicing, renewals, and claims
· Maintain strong, ongoing relationships through personalised engagement
· Monitor client portfolios, including renewals, claims experience, and policy performance
· Ensure all documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
· Drive portfolio growth while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction
Job Experience and Skills Required:
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in short-term insurance (personal lines essential)
· Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients
· FAIS compliant (RE, credits, Fit & Proper requirements)
· Strong understanding of insurance products, policy structures, and underwriting principles
· Experience in both sales and servicing environments
· Excellent negotiation, advisory, and client engagement skills
· Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio end-to-end
· Strong administrative and organisational skills
