An experienced and driven Sales Manager is required to lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team of insurance advisors. This role combines sales leadership, business development, team management, and compliance oversight, offering excellent earning potential and career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of insurance advisors. Drive sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to support business growth. Conduct performance reviews and sales meetings. Build and maintain a profitable personal client portfolio. Generate new business opportunities and develop referral networks. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, POPIA, and industry regulations. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance. Minimum Requirements RE5 and RE1 qualifications (essential). NQF Level 4 or higher in Financial Services or a related field. Class of Business completed for Personal and Commercial Lines. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Short-Term Insurance. Minimum 2 years’ experience leading and managing a sales team. Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and managing successful sales professionals. Strong knowledge of Personal and Commercial Insurance products. Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport. Based in Gauteng (Johannesburg or Pretoria).
