Job Description
As a Syspro Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the organisation’s ERP system, ensuring seamless functionality across various business processes. You will act as a key point of contact for system users, provide support and training, and play an important role in maintaining system stability, security, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the ERP system across the business
- Provide first-line support to users and escalate issues where required
- Configure and maintain system modules, including finance, sales, and stock control
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions in line with business requirements
- Develop and maintain reports using ERP tools and Excel
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability
- Provide user training and support, including creating training materials
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements
- Support broader IT-related issues where required

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
- Information Systems or related qualification
Experience:
- Experience working with ERP systems (Syspro highly advantageous)
- Experience supporting end-users in a business environment
Technical Skills:
- Strong ERP administration and configuration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and scripting
- Programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., C# or similar)
- Solid understanding of system integrations and reporting tools
- Experience with ODBC configuration and reporting
Additional Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and system accuracy
