About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Junior Sales Manager to support the growth of sales within our business. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue through effective customer engagement and upselling, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and growth of sales within the business
- Drive revenue through effective customer engagement and upselling
- Supervise and support sales staff on the floor
- Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving targets
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Assist with merchandising, stock control, and store operations
- Compile basic sales reports and provide feedback to management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years relevant retail or FMCG experience (non-negotiable)
- Proven ability to work in a sales-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good numerical and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
