About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Admin Clerk to join our expanding HR Team at Masterparts Head Office Epping 2 (North). As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for administering time and attendance, assisting with leave, filing, training, and supporting other HR staff with ad-hoc duties. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and support an HR Admin Officer with all HR generalist functions as required
  • Administer leave on Sage People ESS
  • Administer time and attendance on EcoTime
  • General employee file maintenance, including monthly filing
  • Ad Hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • A tertiary HR qualification is beneficial
  • Must be accurate and meticulous
  • Must have a solid understanding of leave and timekeeping legislation
  • Must be able to network and forge relationships with managers and supervisors
  • Be service-oriented and support employees with professional service
  • Have excellent telephone etiquette
  • Be able to communicate in excellent written and verbal English and Afrikaans
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to function effectively in a high-pressure and deadline-driven environment
  • Must be comfortable interacting at all levels of the organisation
  • Computer literate and skilled in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with the Sage 300 People system is beneficial
  • Experience with the Eco Time system is beneficial
  • Experience working in a MIBCO environment is beneficial
