About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to manage our Hermanus and Overberg Franchise and Shop. As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to run and grow your own branch, with exposure to both sales and operations. If you enjoy taking ownership and want to build something meaningful, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving monthly and annual sales and profitability targets
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch and regional activities
- Leading and supporting the Hermanus and Overberg operational team
- Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Presenting accurate quotations and recommending suitable solutions
- Overseeing project coordination, installations, and service delivery
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing stock, cash handling, reconciliations, and operational admin
- Identifying growth opportunities within the region
- Liaising with head office regarding operational matters
Requirements
- Technical sales, operational, or hands-on industry experience will be highly advantageous
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Sales-driven with a commercial mindset
- Valid driver’s licence
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Grade 12 (essential)
- 3–5 years’ experience in retail, branch operations, or sales management
