Role:  Part Time Bookkeeper (3 mornings per week)
Location:  Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary:  TBC

About the role:

You’ll maintain books up to trial balance, handle VAT submissions, and process EMP201 and EMP501 returns. The ideal person is methodical, organised, and works with precision.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping up to trial balance
• Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 Pastel Express and Sage VIP Payroll
• Working knowledge of EMP201 and EMP501
• Experience with VAT submissions
• Basic knowledge of Platinum software will be an advantage but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
• Strong work ethic and long-term mindset

This is a part-time position (3 mornings per week) and would suit someone who enjoys consistency, accuracy, and a professional working environment.
