About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Windown Tinter / Smash & Grab Technician to join our team in Midrand, Gauteng. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install automotive window tinting and smash & grab safety film to manufacturer and company standards
- Prepare vehicle surfaces prior to film application
- Ensure clean, bubble-free, and high-quality installations
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality control standards are met
- Advise customers on product options, film care, and maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the workshop area
- Handle customer vehicles with care and professionalism
- Assist with stock control and material usage where required
Requirements
- 2-3 years current experience as an Automotive Window Tinter / Smash & Grab Technician
- Proven experience with automotive film installations and tinting applications
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
