About the Role
We are seeking a well-connected and commercially minded Brand Relations Manager to join our prestigious luxury lifestyle management company in Johannesburg. As a relationship-driven professional with a passion for luxury, partnerships, and delivering exceptional member experiences, you will play a key role in driving strategic partnerships and elevating member experiences through exclusive benefits and premium supplier networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with high-end lifestyle suppliers
- Negotiate exclusive member benefits, added value offerings, and preferential rates
- Maintain and grow a strong network across hospitality, travel, events, and luxury sectors
- Act as the primary point of contact for supplier partnerships and monitor performance
- Research new suppliers, trends, and opportunities within the luxury market
- Organise familiarisation trips and supplier presentations for internal teams
- Support Lifestyle Managers with sourcing and nurturing supplier relationships
- Collaborate with events and communications teams to deliver member experiences
- Coordinate and execute member events, ensuring premium standards and exclusivity
- Promote the brand’s luxury positioning and identify new partnership opportunities
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in sales, customer service, account management, or related field
- Background in luxury travel, hospitality, lifestyle management, or marketing advantageous
- Experience dealing with VIP clients, executives, and high-profile individuals
- Strong understanding of high-net-worth clientele expectations
- Established network of industry contacts across relevant sectors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (additional languages advantageous)
- Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills
- Professional presentation, polished interpersonal skills, and discretion with confidential information
- Solid IT and CRM proficiency
