About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary with Senior Audit Secretarial Services expertise to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our secretarial department and overseeing staff members, as well as providing expert administration support within our audit firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Secretarial Department
  • Oversee staff members
  • Provide expert administration support within the audit firm
  • Administer company affairs under Section 42 of the Companies Act
  • Maintain CIPC and MOI registrations
  • Utilize SecWare and GreatSoft software

Requirements

  • Min 5-8 years Company Secretarial experience gained within an Audit firm
  • Secretarial consulting experience
  • Proficiency in SecWare and GreatSoft software
  • Own transport

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification (advantageous)
