About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join a prestigious luxury lifestyle management company based in Johannesburg or Cape Town. We are looking for a talented, ideas-driven creative with a refined aesthetic and a passion for producing elegant, high-quality work across print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong conceptual design solutions from brief to final execution
- Create and refine brand identities across all platforms
- Produce high-quality print and digital design work
- Design content for social media, newsletters, brochures, and digital campaigns
- Support visual storytelling for luxury travel and lifestyle portfolios
- Assist with light video editing for social and digital use
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and senior leadership
- Manage projects independently and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and brand consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.A. / B.F.A.)
- 7–10 years’ experience within reputable design studios
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and conceptual thinking
- Advanced typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with basic video editing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Luxury / high-end client experience advantageous
