Location: City Deep, Johannesburg

Responsibilities:

Manage and Monitor all aspects of the Debtors Department

Manage debtors book

Capture EFT payments from the bank statements & close off related invoices on SAP

Vet new account applications & apply for cover from CGIC

Ensure effective credit control, timely debt collection and accurate debtors reporting

Assist with development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for the debtors functions

Education:

National Senior Certificate (Non-negotiable)

Experience:

3 5 years experience as a Debtors Supervisor with high book value

Experience working on SAP Business One & MS Office

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong communication skills

MS Office

SAP Business One

Figure orientated

Remuneration Package:

18K 22 K Depending on working experience
