About the Role
Network Finance, a market leading organisation operating within the services and distribution sector, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership of the finance function, ensuring overall financial integrity and performance
- Drive strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting in line with business objectives
- Oversee all financial reporting, including monthly management accounts, Board reporting, and group submissions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain effective governance and control frameworks
- Deliver clear and actionable financial insights to support executive decision making
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including group, auditors, and financial institutions
- Support strategic initiatives, including potential acquisitions and business growth opportunities
Requirements
- CA(SA) qualification is essential
- Demonstrated experience on a Board level
- Strong exposure to group reporting and corporate governance frameworks
- Experience within distribution or manufacturing, or annuity revenue
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic oversight and operational involvement
- High levels of professionalism, self-awareness, and sound judgement
- Advanced financial modelling and systems proficiency
