About the Role
This role is ideal for a commercially aware professional who is passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence and improving regional performance. You will play a key role in supporting and guiding store and regional teams to achieve business objectives, ensuring consistency, efficiency and high standards across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-the-ground coaching and support to regional and store teams
- Drive operational performance, ensuring alignment with business standards and objectives
- Identify gaps in performance and implement targeted improvement plans
- Support leadership teams with training, development and capability building
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights
- Ensure consistent execution of operational processes and procedures
- Engage with stakeholders across operations to support business growth
- Conduct site visits and provide structured feedback to management
Requirements
Proven experience within FMCG, food distribution or retail environments
Strong background in operations, coaching or regional support roles
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage teams across multiple sites
Strong understanding of operational KPIs and performance management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Commercially minded with a results-driven approach
Willingness and ability to travel regularly
