About the Role
We are urgently seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team in Johannesburg. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a crucial role in promoting workplace health and well-being, providing expert advice on occupational health matters, and supporting employees with work-related injuries or illnesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and provide expert advice on occupational health matters
- Develop and implement health promotion programs for employees
- Provide support and guidance to employees with work-related injuries or illnesses
- Collaborate with management and HR teams to develop and implement workplace health policies
- Maintain accurate records of employee health data and progress
Requirements
- Registration as a Nurse with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
- At least 2 years of experience in occupational health nursing
- Strong knowledge of occupational health principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
