About the Role
WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a client to recruit a versatile and analytical Operations Support Analyst. This role sits within a dynamic support function that works across departments, jurisdictions, and case types to deliver accurate, client-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a range of VAT and US Sales Tax compliance cases with accuracy and strong client focus
- Research and support emerging case types, updating internal processes where needed
- Lead consulting-style cases by responding to client-specific requests with practical solutions
- Identify trends, draft process notes, and document solutions for internal knowledge sharing
- Lead and execute key operational projects across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
- Conduct global VAT and US Sales Tax research for clients and internal stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc operational improvement tasks and complex problem-solving initiatives
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and tax authorities across multiple regions
- Contribute to team development and continuous improvement initiatives
