About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd in Bela Bela. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory control, stock management, and cost control.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize financial performance.
- Coordinate events, functions, and catering services as required.
- Collaborate with the General Manager/Operations Manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or related field.
- Food safety certification is advantageous.
