Rental Consultant
Job Title: Rental Consultant Quantity: 4 Location: Gauteng Age: 25-40 Gender: Females & Males Language: English
Primary Duties:
- Assist in client services
- Rentals of property
- Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy, and measurement of effectivity of strategy
- Analysis of marketing statistics to adjust and improve strategy
- Participate in the design of marketing and the draft of advertisements and other marketing materials
- Market research
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales, Real Estate or Property Management
Qualification:
- Grade 12 minimum
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing will be advantageous
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be able to sell
- Excellent people skills and interpersonal relations
- Administrative ability to create, implement and follow workflow systems
- Excellent understanding of the principles of sales and marketing and the ability to apply it
- Ability to establish a trusting client relationship, communicate clearly with clients, identify needs of clients
- Above average ability in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Compensation:
- R16 500 + (depends on experience)
