Important: Read Before ApplyingThis role requires a candidate who can manage procurement responsibilities accurately under pressure while maintaining a professional front office presence.If you are not highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable handling multiple priorities daily, this role will not be suitable for you.Role Overview:This position combines procurement (buying) and reception duties. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing supplier purchasing while maintaining a professional and welcoming front office environment.Key Responsibilities:Procurement / Buying:Source and procure materials, components, and services required for production Request and compare supplier quotations Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers Generate and manage purchase orders Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production to avoid shortages Maintain accurate supplier and pricing records Follow up on deliveries and resolve supply issues Reception / Administration:Manage the front desk and welcome visitors professionally Answer and direct incoming calls and emails Handle general administrative duties (filing, scanning, document control) Coordinate couriers and deliveries Maintain a clean and organised reception area Assist management with ad hoc administrative tasks.
