About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Service & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Kempton Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling technicians, managing client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule technicians for service and maintenance operations
• Manage client inquiries and job reports
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace
• Utilize MS Office and CMMS (Maintenance management system) to manage day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Matric
• 3-5 Years experience in Service / Maintenance operations
• Proven experience in coordination, scheduling or maintenance role
• Technical understanding of maintenance processes an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
