About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Generalist to join our team in the agriculture sector. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the organization, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR generalist services to the organization
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and governance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate records of personnel data and performance
Requirements
- BCom or National Diploma in HR Manager or related field
- 5 years experience as HR Manager/Generalist
- Working experience in the agricultural or production environment (advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation, compliance, and governance
Qualifications
- Formal education/certification in HR management or a related field (required)
