Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager for a well-established luxury safari lodge located in the North West Province. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and professional individual to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a world-class environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge to ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality

• Manage all departments, ensuring cohesive and efficient interdepartmental communication

• Lead, motivate, and mentor staff, promoting a positive working environment

• Ensure a memorable guest experience through attention to detail and personalized service

• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

• Manage lodge budgets, stock control, and reporting in line with company policies

• Uphold and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Represent the lodge brand and values consistently

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a senior lodge management position

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities

• Sound financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience

• Knowledge of hospitality systems and lodge operations

• Ability to work effectively in a remote, bush-based environment

• Hands-on, proactive, and guest-focused approach

• Valid drivers license

Package Includes:

• Salary: R35,000 per month (Slightly negotiable depending on experience)

• Live-in accommodation: 2-bedroom house with open-plan kitchen and lounge
