About the Role
A leading player in the metals and manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Export Shipping Manager to take full responsibility for the efficient coordination and execution of all export shipping operations. This role is ideal for a highly organised professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of international logistics and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute all export shipping operations
- Ensure efficient and effective management of export shipping processes
- Develop and implement shipping strategies to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Monitor and control shipping costs, inventory levels, and delivery schedules
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field
- Minimum 58 years experience in export shipping/logistics, within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures
- Experience working with ERP systems and shipping platforms
