Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute technical and operational tasks in designated discipline
- Ensure plant efficiency, safety, and compliance with SOPs
- Conduct day-to-day maintenance tasks aligned with production targets
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis for operational issues
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and utilize SAP for workflow management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve unit objectives
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technical discipline3-5 years of experience in heavy industrial, mining, or petrochemical environment
Skills:
- Solid understanding of industrial processes and technical specifications
- Proficient in technical analysis and problem-solving
- Focus on Safety & Compliance
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment
