About the Role
The Data & Analytics Manager will lead the Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence (COE) to transform the organization into an Insight Driven Organisation (IDO). This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement a comprehensive data strategy, leveraging technologies like AI, Machine Learning, and RPA to drive intelligent business decisions and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a 5-year data and analytics roadmap in conjunction with the Supply Chain Intelligence Executive.
- Build and manage a technology stack that supports key initiatives while simplifying the IT landscape and reducing costs.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of analysts; prioritize projects and maintain critical data infrastructure.
- Act as a thought partner to departments, translating complex data into actionable insights through reports and self-service dashboards.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle using Agile methodologies to ensure quality, scope, and cost requirements are met.
- Ensure full compliance with PoPIA and GDPR while establishing robust information security and data management policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- 5 years of experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence (Supply Chain experience preferred).
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage vendor/partner relationships.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team development skills.
