Company and Job Description My client is a globally recognised multinational seeking a commercially astute finance professional to join their high-performing finance team. The successful candidate will work closely with various African business units, senior leadership, and external auditors, while taking ownership of analytical reporting, consolidations, technical accounting, and group finance deliverables. This role is best suited to a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and enjoys combining technical accounting with commercial finance and business analysis. Key Responsibilities – Multi-entity consolidations across 11 African business units – Group reporting and analytical reporting – Forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance analysis – Technical accounting and IFRS application – Working closely with external auditors during audit cycles – Variance analysis and strategic reporting to leadership – Financial controls, reporting accuracy, and deadline management – Stakeholder engagement across regional business operations Job Experience and Skills Required – CA(SA) preferred – 37 years post-articles experience – Strong consolidations and group reporting exposure – Advanced Excel and reporting systems experience – Experience within a multinational or large corporate environment – Strong analytical and commercial finance capability – Ability to work within strict reporting deadlines – SAP / Oracle / Hyperion / FCCS advantageous – African operations exposure advantageous Apply now!
