About the Role

The Marketing and Communication Co-ordinator plays a crucial role in implementing integrated marketing and communication initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, enhance stakeholder engagement, and support organisational objectives. This position requires a highly skilled professional with experience in marketing, corporate communications, and publication development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Identity (CI) standards across all platforms.
  • Develop and maintain branded templates for reports, presentations, newsletters, and email communication.
  • Oversee production of marketing collateral (brochures, banners, posters, social media assets, invitations, exhibition materials).
  • Coordinate layout and design of statutory and strategic documents (Annual Reports, APPs, Strategic Plans, Investment Publications).
  • Manage social media content planning, design, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Develop and manage responsive HTML email templates and digital communication assets.
  • Provide on-site communication support, photography, and videography documentation for internal and external events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
  • 25 years experience in marketing and corporate communications.
  • Experience in publication development and executive-level documentation.
  • Public sector experience advantageous.
