About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Services Manager to lead our team in Midrand, South Africa. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT operations and service management, with a proven track record of leadership and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the delivery of IT services to clients
- Develop and implement IT service management strategies and processes
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with South African regulatory requirements, including POPIA and cybersecurity frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 57 years of progressive experience in IT Operations or Service Management
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Experience within a multi-vendor or enterprise environment will be highly advantageous
