About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Centurion: Sales & Product Development professional with expertise in draughting and design to join our team. As a key member of our sales and product development department, you will be responsible for preparing working plans and detail drawings, performing calculations, and assisting in design computations. You will also be expected to identify new markets, customer leads, and pitch prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare working plans and detail drawings from designer notes, sketches or instructions according to specified dimensions for customers and clients
  • Perform calculations for layouts and designs
  • Assist in design computations and cost estimates
  • Prepare layouts that are drawn to scale
  • Ensure current customers have the right products and services
  • Identify new markets and customer leads
  • Pitch prospective customers

Requirements

  • Grade 12 Draughtsman Training
  • 4-5 Years Relevant Draughters Experience
  • Proficiency in Autodesk, Revit Design program, Solidwork and Sigmanest
  • Legal Drivers Licence
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Superior drawing abilities
  • Great hand-eye coordination
  • Computer literate
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Stress and Time Management skills
  • Interpretation, analytical and problem solving skills
