About the Role
As Master Data Manager, you will take ownership of enterprise-wide data integrity in a role that blends strategy, systems, and leadership. This is an opportunity to shape how data drives decision-making across a complex, high-performance business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the enterprise master data model across all systems
- Drive SLA compliance and resolve service level challenges with stakeholders
- Lead data governance, standards development, and compliance enforcement
- Oversee data integrity, accuracy, and synchronization across ERP and sub-systems
- Manage data creation, validation, and change processes through structured workflows
- Lead data cleansing, duplication control, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Coordinate system interfaces, data uploads, and integration activities
- Deliver monthly reporting on data quality KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with IT and business units to enhance systems and data tools
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of master data professionals
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience in SAP master data management within logistics, FMCG, or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules including SD, FI/CO, MM, WM, and CRM
- Experience with data warehousing, reporting tools, and system integrations
- Advanced Excel and strong working knowledge of data tools and workflows
- Proven ability to define and implement data standards and governance frameworks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
- Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
