About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our team as a remote employee. As a key member of our customer relations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to international passengers with queries and compliments related to pre and post flight travel. You will work closely with airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and German.
Key Responsibilities
- Assistance to passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in German & English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems & handle voice calls in English & German (including some written correspondence)
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels
Requirements
- Native level fluency in German language: Verbal & Written skills essential (Advanced level may be considered)
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Excellent Computer literacy & technical skills
- No criminal record
- Flexibility to work shifts

R200 000 CTC per annum Plus incentives and fully paid Medical Insurance.
