About the Role
Aleon Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Erecting Machine Technician to join our team in Nelspruit. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe maintenance of our erecting machines, as well as providing exceptional support to our customers. With 5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in PLCs and fault finding, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack house visits and call out duties as and when needed
- Planned and preventative maintenance with minimum time wastage
- Fault-finding, diagnostics and repairs on erecting machines
- Adherence to safety, health and environmental standards in line with housekeeping
- To represent the company by performing the duties as required
Requirements
- 5 years of related experience
- Experience with different erecting machines an added advantage
- Must have experience in PLCs and fault finding
- Available to work after hours and weekend overtime as the need arises
- Interpersonal and communication skills very important
- Valid code 08 drivers license
- Computer literacy (MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Qualifications
- Matric certificate
- Trade test certificate essential
- Millwright qualification preferred
