About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales & Marketing Support Administrator to provide administrative, marketing, and business development support to our Sales Department in achieving enrolment and income targets while maintaining excellent client and employer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Department.
- Assist the team in meeting funding and enrolment targets across all income streams.
- Prepare and word-process correspondence, reports, agendas, minutes, and other documentation.
- Organise and coordinate meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate electronic and manual filing systems.
- Manage incoming client enquiries and ensure professional customer service.
- Support the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
Requirements
- Diploma or qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field advantageous.
- Previous experience in administration, sales support, customer service, or marketing.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
