About the Role
We are seeking a Level 1 Support Technician to join our team in Nelspruit, South Africa. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving issues for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records of all support incidents
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Requirements
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Must live within a 20km radius of Nelspruit
- Own transport required
- Relevant IT Certificate
- Minimum 2 year experience in IT
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits
R8 000 – R12 000 per month, depending on experience.
