About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Growth & GTM Consultant to join our client’s team as a trusted partner for automotive and collision repair clients. As a key member of the consultancy, you will be responsible for driving measurable revenue growth through structured go-to-market strategies, operational optimization, and data-backed growth roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a consultative partner to multiple automotive and collision repair clients simultaneously.
- Guide executive teams through strategic growth challenges and business expansion opportunities.
- Deliver structured advisory sessions focused on revenue optimisation and market positioning.
- Develop, pitch, and oversee implementation of comprehensive GTM strategies.
- Identify new market penetration opportunities and competitive positioning strategies.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and performance data to build actionable growth roadmaps.
- Translate insights into clear execution plans across marketing, operations, and sales functions.
- Manage end-to-end client engagements, ensuring deliverables are high quality, on time.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the automotive or collision repair sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with executive teams and clients.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (LLB or equivalent not required).
- Relevant industry experience (5+ years) in a growth consulting or performance-driven agency role.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
