About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager for our North Johannesburg Golf Complex, responsible for managing the Front of House operations and ensuring seamless service delivery to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front-of-house operations, including cash handling and stock management
- Implement effective cost control measures to minimize losses
- Ensure excellent customer service through strong written and verbal communication skills
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overtime as required
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience in golf clubs or similar F&B establishments
- Computer literacy with ClubMaster software (advantageous)
- Sound knowledge of cash-up procedures and daily stock takes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Afrikaans advantageous)
