About the Role
The Building Company is seeking a reliable and friendly General Assistant to join our team in North West. The main purpose of this role is to provide staff, customers, and visitors with refreshments while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment that reflects the company’s image.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to staff, customers, and visitors
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including the reception area and surrounding facilities
- Replenish refreshments as needed
- Handle postal duties, such as sorting and distributing mail
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
