Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting with the day-to-day leadership of the team Maintaining efficiencies of 85% or higher Ensure product quality meets and exceeds expectations Monitoring raw material usage and machine performance Coordinating on hold products and ensuring correct packing and labeling Liaising with quality inspectors for standards compliance Allocating staff and assisting at machines as needed Ensuring safety standards adherence and high housekeeping standards Assisting with Maintenance and Mould changes as required Process Optimization and recipe creation for new products Managing machine spares, maintenance, and checks completion Participating in weekly Production Meetings Requirements: Matric and trade tested, technical Diploma advantageous 2 years as a Shift Setter in production Blow moulding experience beneficial Skills required: Blow Moulding, Setting, Team Leader
