Job Description
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will provide critical support to the management team while managing the administrative flow of the office. This permanent role is designed for someone who is ready to master internal sales, planning, and stock control, with the long-term view of taking on increased responsibility within the business.
Key responsibilities
- Generating accurate client quotes and following up to ensure high conversion rates.
- Creating job cards and tracking the progress of various projects through the production cycle.
- Sourcing competitive supplier quotes and placing stock orders.
- Managing stock control and ensuring inventory levels meet operational needs.
- Liaising professionally between the workshop teams, management, and external clients.
- Assisting with production planning and administrative scheduling.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years in manufacturing environment
- High level of computer literacy, specifically with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience using Pastel or similar accounting/ERP software is highly advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within the steel, manufacturing, or construction industries is preferred.
