About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Newton Park, Port Elizabeth. As an essential part of our branch, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Process and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Provide administrative assistance to the branch management and staff
  • Prepare reports and other documents as required
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements
