About the Role
Our client is seeking an organized, reliable, and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily stock and dispatch operations within the automotive replacement parts industry in Newton Park, Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha), Eastern Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and schedule the daily tasks of warehouse assistants, picker-packers, and delivery drivers.
- Inventory Control: Oversee stock receiving, shelving, and bin location management. Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to minimize variances.
- Dispatch & Receiving: Ensure incoming stock shipments are verified against delivery notes and that outgoing orders are accurately picked, securely packed, and dispatched on time.
- Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain a clean, highly structured, and safe warehouse floor in line with company safety standards.
- System Management: Use warehouse inventory software to track stock movements, process transfers, and update order statuses.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of stable experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Shift Lead, or Senior Warehouse Controller role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience within automotive aftermarket spares, logistics, or retail hardware environments is highly beneficial but not essential.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be physically fit and capable of managing a fast-paced parts dispatch environment.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: R10,000 – R12,000 per month (Depending on experience)
Benefits: Provident Fund and December Bonus
