Key Responsibilities : Sales & Growth Revenue: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas for new and used trucks, parts, and service. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Monitor sales performance across dealerships and implement corrective actions when necessary. Dealership & Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership sales teams, providing training and support to improve performance. Work closely with fleet managers, leasing companies, and independent owner-operators to secure sales. Resolve customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels to drive repeat business. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including fleet sales, government contracts, and leasing partnerships. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand market presence. Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and promotions. Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report on sales metrics, inventory levels, and market conditions. Provide accurate sales forecasts and budget recommendations to senior management. Ensure CRM systems are updated with customer interactions and sales pipelines. Compliance & Training: Ensure dealerships adhere to manufacturer programs, pricing strategies, and sales processes. Conduct training sessions for sales staff on product knowledge, financing options, and sales techniques. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office. Ability to travel frequently within the region.
