About the Role
Sapientis is seeking an experienced Ford Master Technician to join their team in Pretoria. As a key member of the service department, you will be responsible for providing expert technical leadership and ensuring high-quality workmanship on complex electrical systems and mechanical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Diagnostics: Perform complex fault-finding using Ford-specific tools (IDS/FDRS) and the Professional Technician System (PTS).
- Technical Leadership: Lead repairs on electrical systems and high-level mechanical issues.
- Compliance: Manage warranty write-ups according to MSXI standards and ensure 100% adherence to safety and quality control.
Requirements
- Certification: Formal Ford Master Technician Certification is essential.
- Qualification: Qualified Motor Mechanic (Red Seal / Trade Test).
- Experience: 3+ years as a qualified Ford Technician within a corporate dealership environment.
- Technical Mastery: Expert diagnostic, electrical system, and fault-finding skills.
