About the Role
Network Finance is seeking ambitious Industrial Engineers who combine strong technical capability with analytical thinking and a passion for operational excellence. We’re looking for individuals who can drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement production or supply chain improvement plans
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement measurable improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Lean Six Sigma projects
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel skills
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or operational environments
- Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Exposure to process optimisation, continuous improvement, operational analytics, production or supply chain improvement initiatives
- Lean Six Sigma certification or practical implementation experience
- Strong Power BI capability with a data-driven mindset
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong systems orientation and reporting capability
