Key Responsibilities
Concept Development & Creative Thinking

  • Develop strong conceptual ideas based on client briefs and campaign objectives
  • Translate strategic direction into visually engaging creative work
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and idea generation

Design Execution

  • Create high-quality design work across digital, print, and social media platforms
  • Develop layouts, visuals, and creative assets aligned to brand guidelines
  • Ensure all creative output is visually consistent and production-ready

Campaign Delivery

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Work across multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ensure creative work is delivered on time and to a high standard

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with copywriters, creatives, and account managers
  • Take direction and contribute ideas within a team environment
  • Support senior creatives with campaign development

Quality & Brand Consistency

  • Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and creative direction
  • Maintain attention to detail across all design work
  • Revise and refine work based on feedback
 

Minimum Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a design or advertising agency environment
  • Relevant degree or diploma in design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and design ability
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
