About the Role

A busy contemporary Restaurant in Pretoria East is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing restaurant floors, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage waiter staff and ensure efficient service delivery
  • Oversee floor operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization on the floor

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a busy restaurant environment
  • Extensive knowledge of restaurant floor management
