Job Description

About the Role

The Centurion Country Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join their leadership team and take full ownership of their Front of House operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of all guest-facing food and beverage services across the Club, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all FOH outlets ensuring consistency in service, quality, and presentation
Manage daily operations across all outlets and public areas
Develop and implement service SOPs for consistency across all outlets
Manage member/guest complaints effectively, turning challenges into opportunities
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Centurion member and guest journey

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or equivalent; minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior F&B or FOH management role; experience in a country club, hotel, or similar premium hospitality environment preferred.
