Minimum Requirements: 

• Relevant Degree or Diploma.

• MUST HAVE: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS900), Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ900), and ITIL V3/4.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a support role.

• Experience working in a Microsoft 365 Environment.

• Experience working in a Microsoft Azure Environment.
