About the Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our vehicle dealership in Pretoria North, with a focus on driving sales growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the dealership, including staff management
- Monitor sales, parts, and workshop performance to ensure overall profitability
- Maintain and increase market penetration
- Improve stock turnover and sales
- Ensure customer satisfaction and high standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in General Manager capacity at a vehicle dealership
- Considerable experience in Vehicle Sales Management or other Dealership Management
- Experience with corporate branded dealerships, particularly volume brands such as Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Suzuki, Haval, Mazda, etc.
- Solid track record and excellent management skills
- Clear criminal record

- Tertiary education
- Management training beneficial (e.g. Dealer Development Program)
