About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Passenger Vehicle Sales Manager to drive sales performance across both new and pre-owned vehicle departments in our Pretoria dealership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a Passenger Vehicle Sales Executive, with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance across both new and pre-owned vehicle departments
- Maximise cross-selling opportunities within the dealership
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
- Remain actively involved in daily sales activities and customer interaction
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Assist with stock management and showroom presentation
- Work closely with F&I and aftermarket departments to maximise profitability
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Maintain dealership processes and compliance standards
Requirements
- Proven track record as a successful Passenger Vehicle Sales Executive within a franchised dealership
- Recent experience in a Sales Management or Assistant Sales Management role
- Strong ability to sell both new and pre-owned vehicles
- Cross-selling experience is essential
- Stable and consistent career history
- Valid drivers licence
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
